The Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CoAND) is dedicated to strengthening and advancing the naturopathic profession in Colorado. Representing all Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) in the state, we provide legislative advocacy, title protection through DORA, professional development, and continuing education opportunities. Recognizing that many NDs practice independently or in small clinics, we also serve as a vital hub for connection, collaboration, and practice growth. Our goal is to expand access to naturopathic medicine across Colorado, empowering more individuals to experience the benefits of a natural, holistic approach to health.

In 2020, CoAND successfully renewed legislation to keep NDs legally registered in the state of Colorado for the next nine years. Naturopathic Doctor Scope of Practice

Since 2013, a cumulative number of more than 200 Naturopathic Doctors have registered to practice in Colorado.

Naturopathic Medicine

Registered naturopathic doctors (NDs) in Colorado complete four years of accredited, post-baccalaureate medical education, including rigorous study in biomedical sciences such as anatomy, physiology, pathology, biochemistry, and pharmacology.
