Join the Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors

Membership in the Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors is an opportunity to connect with other naturopathic doctors who choose to live in Colorado. Be a part of networking opportunities, regional events, CEs and other educational opportunities. A portion ($50) of the membership dues is invested legislatively to make sure that NDs continue to enjoy title protection, and continue to grow in our ability to practice Naturopathic medicine in Colorado. As an organization, CoAND has negotiated discounts on scholarly journals, insurance, and at times we will receive discounts on supplements and other useful products. Members receive lead sheets on media opportunities, and are listed in the “FIND AN ND” search which is a part of our website, as well as integrated onto our social media platforms. Join the CoAND and get connected to a local ND who can answer any questions and offer support as you settle in. We will help you navigate your registration with DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies) and look forward to being a positive part of your experience as a naturopathic doctor in the beautiful state of Colorado.

Full Membership – Monthly

Become a full member of the Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors with an automatic monthly credit card debit! $50 of your dues is NOT tax-deductible as it is being used for political activities.

Benefits include full voting privileges; a professional profile on CoAND website; access to website members-only pages; discounts on CoAND conferences;  monthly e-newsletters; free webinars; and, free and discounted subscriptions such as the Townsend e-letter and ATHMJ/ICMJ.

A regular member shall be a naturopathic doctor who meets the following criteria:

  • Be a graduate of a college of naturopathic medicine recognized by the AANP or the CNME;
  • Passed the AANP recognized national medical licensing exam;
  • Holds a registration as a naturopathic doctor in the State of Colorado.

Supporting Member

Supporting membership is for any individual or entity who is ineligible for professional or associate membership and has been approved by the membership committee. Each supporting member must have an initial sponsor who is a Professional member of the Corporation.  Supporting members do not have voting rights in association matters, but they are able to serve on associations committees.

Be part of the advocacy for Naturopathic Medicine in Colorado. Adding your name to CoAND rosters increases our lobbying power in the legislature, and helps the spread information. $50 of these annual dues are used for lobbying and legislative purposes, so are not tax deductible.

This type of membership is reserved for retired naturopathic doctors in Colorado and must be approved by the membership committee. Supporting members do not have voting rights in association matters, but they are able to serve on associations committees.

Students seeking a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from a CNME-accredited school are most welcome. Stay abreast of both professional and fun events in Colorado, and add to our voice at the Capitol.
